I grew up on the beach in California, before finding a home in Eugene 15 years ago. My first career was teaching middle school Language Arts and Educational Intervention classes. When I discovered the transformational and calming power of yoga in my classroom, I was hooked.
I completed my 200 RYT in 2013 and I am honored to have the joy of sharing this beautiful practice.
Outside the studio I love to dance and sing loudly with my 3 kids in the kitchen, go to the beach (any beach), and play in the garden.
