Growing up as an athlete Ginger has always felt the profound effects that physical movement has on the mind, body, and spirit. However, it was not until yoga and meditation that she began to cultivate an awareness behind the magic of moving with purpose, befriending and playing with the breath and bearing witness to self. She fell in love with the profound peace, clarity and ease of mind that comes with living a life infused with yoga. Ginger believes that through self exploration of body and breath we can build a greater capacity for love, awareness and understanding towards ourselves and one another. Her goal as a yoga teacher is to empower students to build a greater awareness within themselves so they can live with joy and ease in their bodies and with the people and world around them.
