Madison discovered yoga at 16 and immediately connected with its ability to bring a sense of ease and presence to her mind & body. Deeply influenced by yoga’s philosophical teachings and Daoism, she approaches practice as a path of self-compassion and surrender. Her classes are designed to be a safe space for students to explore, release control, and reconnect with themselves, always emphasizing that yoga is not about achievement but about feeling at home in the body. Nature-inspired wisdom weaves through her teaching, grounding students in the understanding that we are not separate from nature but deeply interconnected with it.
With a trauma-informed approach, Madison prioritizes choice and agency, using open language that invites rather than directs, and beginning each class with grounding practices that cultivate a sense of support and stability. She loves integrating quotes and reflective themes into her classes, creating moments of insight and inspiration. At the heart of her teaching is the belief that yoga = unity, a practice of coming home to oneself and the present moment. By guiding students into a ventral vagal state, she helps foster a deep sense of safety, connection, and ease.
Outside of yoga, Madison also teaches Pilates and is passionate about women’s hormonal health, integrating movement and education to support overall well-being. Ever a student, she is dedicated to continued learning and sharing the depth of yoga with her community, helping others trust their own unique path—both on and off the mat.
