Morgan teaches Hatha and Vinyasa flow straight from the heart. With a grooving soundtrack, his alignment-based flows aim to both activate and release the body and mind. Morgan's classes will stoke the inner fire, ignite the breath, activate the body, and provide opportunity for deep release. By exploring Pranayama breathing techniques, linking dynamic movement with breath, and maintaining focus on proper alignment and energetic activation, classes will strengthen and stretch the practitioner's body and mind while inviting playful, engaging, and "juicy" physical expression. Morgan’s personal experience with Yoga Asana, Pranayama, and meditation has been a transformative journey of healing and empowerment, and he teaches to share this powerful healing technology so that others may integrate more joyous, healthful, and present physical and spiritual embodiment in their lives. Morgan began his yoga journey in 2011, and while living in Santa Cruz, CA, took his first 200 hour teacher training in 2014 with Divine Light Yoga and his second with Kenny Graham and Hannah Muse in 2016
