Alaina started her yoga journey in 2011 when a hot yoga studio opened in her hometown back on Long Island, NY. After her first class (which did not go well!) something about how she felt after that class made her go back for a second time and that was it, she was hooked and has never looked back. Alaina caught the teaching bug in 2013 after moving her family across the country to beautiful Oregon. With many trainings since then in multiple traditions she is currently adding to her 200 hour RYT a 300 hour program in Yoga Therapy with Sarahjoy Marsh.
Alaina’s life outside the studio is filled with nurturing her 4 amazing children. As they grow and start to leave the nest, she now has the distinct privilege of teaching yoga and nurturing her students.

My wish for each student is that I am able to lead an experience for them that will help them leave it all on the mat lightening the load just a little bit…”
